In offers in their profile, they can pick marketing, advertising, building community etc. This will target the audiance. In needs, they can say "new companies, startups, indie" etc. So UmayNow will match all of these in a specific way and check the counter companies who needs your offers. They'll check their status, their industry, their needs and start to adapt their feed. Furthermore, the more company joins the umaynow with same needs that vibeharbor offers, the more vibeharbor gets notifications saying "this company just joined to UmayNow and that can be a possible match" It's that easy
